NightLase Laser Therapy for Snoring and Sleep Improvement

Snoring can affect your sleep quality, your partner’s rest, and overall health. NightLase is a non-invasive laser therapy designed to reduce snoring by gently tightening and toning the soft tissues of the upper airway, including the soft palate and tongue. Using our Fotona Timewalker laser, NightLase provides a safe, comfortable treatment without surgery or anesthesia.

Why NightLase?

NightLase is ideal for patients who want a non-surgical approach to snoring reduction. By stimulating tissue contraction and promoting healthy collagen formation, NightLase can improve airway stability during sleep. While results vary by individual, many patients notice a reduction in snoring and improved sleep quality over the course of treatment.

How the Procedure Works

NightLase treatments are quick, comfortable, and performed entirely in-office:

  1. A laser is used to gently heat the soft palate and surrounding tissues, stimulating tightening and collagen remodeling.
  2. The procedure is non-invasive, with no cutting or sutures.
  3. Each session typically lasts about 30 minutes (the first treatment takes longer due to explanations of treatment).

For optimal results, patients usually complete 4–5 treatments spaced 3–4 weeks apart. The procedure is painless for most patients, with no anesthesia required, and you can return to normal activities immediately.

Post-Treatment Instructions

After each session:

  • Avoid extremely hot or abrasive foods for 24 hours.
  • Drink plenty of water to support tissue hydration.
  • You may notice mild throat dryness or temporary sensitivity, which typically resolves quickly.
  • Maintain regular oral hygiene routines.

Patients can expect gradual improvement over several weeks as the tissue naturally tightens and airway function improves.

NightLase is designed to help:

  • Reduce snoring intensity
  • Promote smoother airflow during sleep
