Not sure what to book?

Start with what you have noticed.

Read a little first, then call with your questions. Nothing here is a diagnosis.

My child snores or breathes through their mouth

Start with children’s airway and growth — what parents notice first and how it is evaluated.

Children’s Airway & Growth

I snore, or I wake up unrefreshed

Adult sleep and airway care, including screening that may indicate medical evaluation is warranted.

Adult Sleep & Airway

My jaw hurts, clicks or feels tight

Conservative evaluation of jaw pain, limited opening, headaches and facial tension.

TMJ & Jaw Pain

CPAP isn’t working for me

A balanced look at what gets discussed when CPAP is difficult, with your physician directing care.

CPAP Alternatives

My mind won’t settle at night

EXOMIND® is non-invasive ExoTMS that may be considered within a broader sleep and mental-wellness plan for selected patients.

EXOMIND for Sleep & Mental Wellness

I’d like to talk about facial aesthetics

Laser and muscle-focused options, discussed individually rather than packaged.

New patients

Your first visit.

Start with a consultation

Most people begin with a conversation rather than a procedure — what you have noticed, what it may mean, and what an evaluation involves.

Bring what you have

Prior records, a sleep study, orthodontic history or notes from another clinician are all useful. If you have none, that is fine.

Call or text

We accept calls and texts at (801) 899-9789 during office hours.

Ask anything first

If you are unsure whether we are the right practice for your question, ask before booking. We would rather tell you honestly.

Referring clinicians

Co-managing a shared patient.

Physicians, sleep specialists, ENTs, orthodontists, therapists and bodyworkers are welcome to call the office directly to discuss a shared patient, ask what an evaluation here would involve, or arrange secure record transfer. Diagnosis and medical management remain yours; we report back.

Call the Office

Airway-focused dental care in Alpine, Utah.

Our office sits on Main Street in Alpine, a short drive from Highland, Cedar Hills, American Fork, Lehi, Pleasant Grove and the surrounding Utah County communities. Families come to us with questions about children’s breathing and facial growth, adult snoring and disrupted sleep, jaw pain and TMJ concerns, and facial aesthetics.

Education on this site is general. Obstructive sleep apnea and other medical conditions require appropriate medical evaluation and diagnosis; dentists may screen for patterns and provide selected dental treatments where appropriate, working alongside your physician.

Let’s start with a conversation.
